We have embarked on a comprehensive and exciting land acquisition programme since the company was formed in 2019. This is vital to our company’s growth and continued success as we move forward and continue to establish ourselves as leading developers within our market sector.
For us to be able to provide much needed homes in the South East, we constantly require land for development which will fulfil the following criteria:
Garden land, houses in big plots, office buildings, former Care Homes, Car Showrooms, Garages etc.
Land suitable for 2-100 units
Preferred Areas: Surrey, South London, Sussex
We ideally wish to purchase land subject to planning permission, however we will consider unconditional purchases, Joint Ventures and land already with planning permission.
Agents are always retained and fees paid for land introductions.
